15 year’s back, I had an epiphany when I realised that the Pareto’s law wasn't just a handy rule of thumb or a business optimization strategy, but a fundamental law of nature, hardwired into the very fabric of the universe. It shows up in everything and everywhere from the size of cities to the frequency of words in a language to the distribution of stars in the galaxy. I realised it’s more than just a tool but a mindset and a lens to see the world that helps you cut through all distractions so that you can focus on the vital few inputs that produce the majority of outputs.

 

For past 15 years I have researched , applied and tested the Power of 80/20 Mindset, by creating, honing, simplifying & mastering strategies, tools & frameworks to achieve extraordinary results with a downsized effort.

 

Whether working as Business Consultant and Transformation Specialist with corporates like Siemens, Hilti & Wipro ; or running my own Consulting firm ; or in my personal life to increase productivity & work life balance, my way of life has been to let go of the good, so that I can focus on the great.
